DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Even Sanchez-Victoria
Even Sanchez-Victoria is the Director of Operations & Maintenance at Trucked LLC and oversees the day-to-day running of the business. He is the son of two immigrant parents and was raised in the Chicagoland area. Born into the trucking industry, Even has been around every facet of trucking where most weekends were spent learning how to mechanically fix tractors and trailers, rebuilding flat beds, oil and grease jobs, tires and brakes and many other aspects of the trucking business.
Even found himself second in command when his parents founded ASA Corp. in 2009. From light dispatch duties, to being a technician road technician as needed, and bookkeeping billing accounting while studying Accounting and Finances in college. There was a plethora of roles that he was involved in during his time with the company, but his biggest personal accomplishment was networking his way to assisting in the I-90 Expansion project.
Following his father's retirement, he moved into a different part of the trucking industry - from Lead Service Coordinator to Account Executive to Director and currently still climbing the ladder. His "Do Better and Be Better" mentality is what continues to motivate him to shoot for the stars.
Even is a die-hard Chicago Bulls fan, International Futbol (Soccer) fan, Student of Music of all Genres, and most importantly, father to a beautiful daughter, Hope, whom he shares a birthday with.
